Achievements

• Achievements include research in improved models and extraction method for nanoscale MOSFETs. Research in the reliability of novel MOSFETs (nanoscale devices, high-k dielectrics, silicon-on-insulator devices, and 1 nm ultra-thin oxide) for microelectronic applications - from the device level to circuit level. Research in equivalent circuit models for predicting the reliability of performance for new silicon transistor designs was developed.
  
  Development of a methodology to predict the reliability effects on the Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits with these novel devices, which provides guidance for the reliability consideration of the circuit design. Research in interface circuit design for Microelectromechanical Systems sensors. Design of Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor voltage-control oscillator (VCO), power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA), mixer, output buffer and Phase-locked loop: Analysis of circuit performance.
