Career
Burger made her Women's Tennis Association main draw debut at the 2015 Copa Colsanitas where she qualified for the main draw. Burger made her first Women's Tennis Association quarterfinal at the 2016 Rio Open where she defeated El Tabakh and Ferro in qualification and McHale with Kostova in main draw. She lost to Schiavone after failing to convert a match point.
