Worked at Roberts & Company (Saint John"s) specializing in General practice catering to international and local clients with emphasis on commercial and corporate law, maritime and shipping law, conveyancing, real estate, offshore company formation, including offshore banks, trusts and insurance. Admitted to the bar, 1975, Antigua, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands and Dominica. Former Attorney General, Antigua and Barbuda, 1994-1996.

Established in 1986 by Clare K. Roberts after serving as Solicitor General of Antigua and Barbuda and acting as Attorney General of Montserrat and British Virgin Islands. In-house management company - Caribbean Management & Trust Company Limited. handles offshore company formation and management.
