Joined Maxwell Motor Car Company, 1923, assigned to line up and follow in all dies for Maxwell Club Sedan and original Chrysler “70” roadster and touring cars, later in charge all tools, assistant master mechanic, Detroit Highland Park plant, 1926. Master mechanic Kercheval plant. Master mechanic Highland Park, 1928, staff master mechanic, 1930-1937.

Vice president and general manager De Soto Division of Chrysler Corporation, 1937-1944, president and general manager, 1944, director.
