An organizer of America Radiator Company, 1892, president, 1902-1924, Chairman of the Board since 1924. Chairman of the Board American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corporation from formation in 1929, to November 1938, retired but still director. Former director, A.T.&San Francisco R.y., Atlantic Mutual Inc.
