Weymouth, Clarence Raymond was born on November 14, 1876 in Oakland, California, United States. Son of Tobias Delmont and Laura Nevada (Wells) Weymouth.


Bachelor of Science, University of California, 1898. Unmarried.


Assistant to professor of mechanic engineering, University of California, 1898-1899. With Charles C. Moore & Company Engineers, San Francisco, 1898-1925, serving as chief engineer and director (resigned). Chairman commission on engineering and inventions, California State Council of Defense, during latter part of World War I. Inventor of Moore automatic fuel oil system for controlling oil-fired boilers.

Designer of many steam-electric power plants in Inter-mountain and Pacific Coast states.
