At the age of sixteen, Mignot married the treasurer of the province of Dauphiné, and when he died, she was left with fortune. His will was disputed by his family, and Claudine went to Paris in 1653 to secure its fulfilment.
The she also married, and her second husband also died, leaving her part of his estate.
In 1672, she married for the third time to former king of Poland, and a few weeks before his sudden death, she received a third, enormous fortune.
Claudine Françoise Mignot retired in her old age to a Carmelite convent in the city, where she died on November 30, 1711.
On July 29, 1640, Claudine Françoise Mignot married Pierre des Portes d'Amblerieux, treasurer of the province of Dauphiné.
After the death of her first husband, on August 25, 1653, Claudine Mignot married François de l'Hôpital, marshal of France. After seven years of their marriage her husband died, they had one son.
On September 14, 1672, she married John Casimir, former king of Poland, later he also died. They had one daughter, Marie Catherine.
