The audio from that film was sampled by Black Grape for their 1997 song "Get Higher."
Roth graduated from Binghamton University in 1979. He teaches digital filmmaking at the Millennium Film Workshop. Roth was also director and producer of The Stoned Channel, a 2003 feature film about a television channel made by and for purveyors of marijuana.
