Delegate Republican National. Convention, 1928; elected member South Dakota House of Representative, since 1928. Served as member following Commissions on: Child Welfare, Fish and Game, Judiciary, Municipal Corps.
Uniform Laws, State Parks (Chairman), Investigation Office of Secy, of State including Motor Vehicle Department Sponsored bill for increase in State Parks. Joint resolution to amend State Constitution to authorize salaries of State officers to be fixed by Legislature (to be voted on by State Referendum, November 1930). Concurrent resolution memorializing Congress to provide for contribution of United States or by public lands under its control toward expense of furnishing and maintaining school and highway facilities in regions where said public lands are situated.
