Drafted and successfully advocated provisions in Oklahoma Constitution relative to prosecution by information.

Expert, Oklahoma Code Commission, 1909. Member from Oklahoma, Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, 1911-1915. Represented Oklahoma at launch of battleship Oklahoma, 1914.
