His teacher's certification was revoked in April 2011, after his porn career was brought to light — he claimed to have quit performing in the spring of 2010 — and was suspended from his substitute teaching position in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools in January 2011.
Career
In February 2012, the Florida Education Practices Commission reversed that decision, allowing Loftis to return to teaching in Miami-Dade County. He would also be eligible to apply for a permanent position as an educator. He is also a director, and performed in the gay pornographic series World of Men shot in various cities around the world from Buenos Aires to Sydney.
