Hoogendoorn, Talbot, Davids, Godfrey & Milligan was founded in 1985, when Messrs. Hoogendoorn and Talbot left their partnerships at Kirkland & Ellis to start a Firm centered on representing families with substantial assets and business concerns. As other partners from major Chicago firms joined the practice, the Firm"s initial concentration in tax, estate and financial planning, real estate and trust and estate litigation expanded to include commercial and personal injury litigation, and corporate and business law.
Today, the Firm serves individuals, owners of family businesses, public corporations, medical malpractice insurance carriers, and major private and public charitable and religious institutions.
