Career
Worked on farm, Pontiac, 1888. Employed in chandelier store, 1888-1895. Assoc, with firm of Barton and McBean, January, 1896.
Firm later became Barton-Netting Company, and then J. C. Netting Company. Retired in Organized Netting Land Company, specializing in workmen’s homes and elected pres, of firm. Elected member Michigan State Legislature, 1924, re-elected 1928.
President Detroit Baptist Union. since 1926. Member Finance Committee, German Baptist Union. Trustee, Florence Crittenten Home, Bethel Baptist Church.
