  • Achievements include synthesis, characterization and process development of novel negative and positive tone photoresists for 157/193nm and e-beam lithography. Research in and development of a novel free-radical polymerization method (separation polymerization), new high-solids resins for paints and coatings, novel high-solids more resistant clearcoats. And pigmented coatings, new conductive polymeric materials upon pyrolists.

    Research in novel thermosetting polymers suitable as matrices for composite materials.
