Plantinga received an Bachelor of Arts from Calvin College in 1967, a Bachelor of Divinity from Calvin Theological Seminary in 1971, and a Doctor of Philosophy from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1982.

Cornelius Plantinga

He is the brother of philosopher Alvin Plantinga and musicologist Leon Plantinga. He taught systematic theology at Calvin Seminary from 1979 to 1996. He is currently Senior Research Fellow at the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship, Calvin College.
