Achievements
Established, staffed, safely and successfully managed Halliburton’s one-of-a-kind $17 million Vibro-Acoustic Test Facilities (ATF) with diverse test areas. Managed ATF’s completion, hired all ATF staff, managed contractors’ bids and schedules, and provided all test support for multiple projects.
Spearheaded the re-activation of the Structural Dynamics, Experimental Modal Analysis, and Vibro-Acoustic Labs at NASA-JSC. Served as a Test Director and Senior technical expert of the Vibro-Acoustic Test Facility (VATF) conducting high sound power level tests, Sound Transmission Loss, and Modal Analysis projects, to support ISS, Space Shuttle,Orion, and other space programs.
Experience with NASA-JSC human-rated and spaceflight hardware structural, vibro-acoustic, and shock qualification and verification testing and certification process; Familiar with NASA flight and test operations and procedures.
Designed and built Vibro-Acoustics R&D and Test facilities for different industry sectors.
Participated in technology, engineering, product design and development and product life cycle reviews. Assisted with critical phases and resolved vibro-acoustic issues to meet product development lifecycle stages.
Conducted interviews and hired R&D and Testing staff. Managed teams, budgets, schedules and priorities, and delegated activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Set team and facilities goals and prioritized schedules to meet company objectives. Established Lab test processes and procedures, test schedules, and published technical reports.
