In Scientific Communications, Inc. Craig Miller worked on hardware/firmware/software for various military radio platforms. Assisted design engineers with debug prototype and troubleshooting new circuit boards and enclosures. He worked on fault tolerance and reliability for DSC's SS7 STP product in DSC Communications. As a Software Project Lead he designed, developed and installed custom factory automation systems in various industrial settings using VAX/VMS. From 1995 till 1997 he designed and developed switching platform using Smalltalk and Object Oriented methodologies. In Samsung Telecommunications America Craig architected and designed OAM&P and maintenance interfaces for Samsung's next generation softswitch. He was a part of a 40 man architecture team that oversaw development operations in Bangalore India and Seoul, South Korea. Also he was an Initial member of Taqua's Richardson Application Development Center. In 2002 Craig Miller founded AppTrigger, Inc.
