Career
Tunon works at the World Health Organisation in Beijing, China. He has previously worked for the United Nations in Vietnam and Bangladesh. Tunon was born in Panama City on November 16, 1948.
After gaining a scholarship to study abroad he moved to the United Kingdom in 1966.
He has a Doctor of Philosophy from Manchester University.
