He was born and raised in London. Dizon scored at his début with the Philippines on 11 April 2014 at home against Nepal (3–0). He was part of the starting line-up and played the first half of the game, scoring the first goal.
On 20 March 2015, lieutenant was announced that Dizon was called up by the Philippines U-23 team for the 2016 AFC U-23 Championship qualification on March 25 to 31 in Thailand.
