Cyril Bernard of the Mother of God OCD" (1902–1981) was a Carmelite monk of the Manjummel Province. Father Bernard was the last monk to hold the position of TOCD in Manjummel. He was later called to Rome to serve in the Vatican, and was assigned peritus to the Second Vatican Council on the question of the laity and non-Christian religions.
In 1962, he was an Ordinary Professor of Missionology in the Urbanian University, Rome.
