Insurance, Oil and Gas, State and Federal Taxation, Real Estate, Probate, Commercial, Corporate, Health Care, Banking, Administrative, Negligence and Workers Compensation Law. Admitted to the bar, 1983, Mississippi.
Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. Member: Hinds County and Federal Bar Associations. The Mississippi Bar; Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
On January 1, 1944, John C. Satterfield (Later, President of the American Bar Association) and Jack H. Ewing, fellow classmates at the University of Mississippi School of Law, formed the law firm of Satterfield and Ewing. From the very beginning, the firm was successful and the demand for the services of the firm grew. The firm grew into the present firm of Shell, Buford, Bufkin, Callicutt and Perry.
