Dana Howard was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in the nearby suburb of South Pasadena.

Career

Before joining News10 in late 1992, he worked at WWL-television in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1988-1992 and at KHSL-television in Chico, California from 1985-1988, and an Assignment Editor at KPIX Columbia Broadcasting System 5 News in San Francisco.

Achievements

• In his more than 20 years of working in broadcast news, Dana has won multiple Emmy Awards and Associated Press Awards along with Best of the West, New Orleans Press Club and RTNDA.
