Dillon is also a featured dancer at men"s clubs and is a featured guest on radio and podcast shows. In 2009 Dillon was working at a strip club in San Diego, California, when established adult actress Jenna Haze appeared at the club as a featured dancer and told her that she should give doing porn movies a try. Within two weeks of meeting Haze, Dillon had shot her first scene.
Since then, Dillon has worked for companies such as Hustler, Naughty America, Twistys, New Sensations, Evil Angel and Immoral Productions.

She was selected to be one of the presenters at the Sex Awards, a production of AVN Media Network and X3Sixty Network, in Hollywood, California, the first fan-voted adult awards show to air on national television Dillon is a frequent guest on the popular podcast Sam Phillips Pajama Party, heard from The Joint Studios, and she was recommended for the role by Phillips herself.

"I have been doing Sam Philips Pajama Party three or four times at this point, because it’s so much fun," said Dillon.
