Daniel Dumitrescu is a Romanian boxer, who won the silver medal in the men"s featherweight category at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.

Career

A year later he captured the silver medal in the lightweight division (– 60 kg) at the 1989 European Amateur Boxing Championships in Athens, Greece. Dumitrescu"s Olympic results were as follows:
