Howe was a 2nd round selection (Hawthorn) Number. 31 overall. A mobile defender who got his opportunity in the ninth round of the 2015 season. On a wet day in Launceston he started as the sub before replacing Cyril Rioli at three quarter time.
The Hawthorn coaches believe he has the goods to become a tall midfielder in future seasons.
