Was receiver Broadway and Globe National banks, Boston.

President Massachusetts National Bank, 1902, and upon consolidating with First National Bank, 1903, became president of the reorganized First National Bank. Chairman of the Board same, since 1926.

Appointed member board directors National Credit Corporation, October 1931.
