Wiseman is a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America.
Overall, Wiseman has more than $1.5 million in career Proceedings of the British Academy earnings. He has also thrown 43 career perfect 300 games in Proceedings of the British Academy competition (through 2012). Wiseman was an exempt player for the 2010-2011 Proceedings of the British Academy season.
His mother has since recovered from the sub-arachnid hemorrhage (brain bleed).
The Proceedings of the British Academy Tour returned to an "open" (non-exempt) format for the 2012-2013 season, but Wiseman has chosen to only participate part-time. Wiseman was ranked #42 on the Proceedings of the British Academy"s 2008 list of "50 Greatest Players of the Last 50 Years".
He was voted into the Proceedings of the British Academy Hall of Fame in January, 2013, and was officially inducted on March 30, 2013 (along with Doug Kent). Later in 2013, Danny was elected to the Maryland State Athletic Hall of Fame (induction November 14).
He was the first tenpin bowler to ever be elected by that organization.
Wiseman started his own signature line of bowling and casual shirts called DWGEAR Clothing. He is a huge fan of IRL, National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing and NHRA auto racing, as well as heavy metal and alternative music
