Career
Dariusz Rosati is a graduate of international trade from Warsaw School of Economics and a professor of economics. In the 1990s he was a supporter (but not a member) of the post-communist parties, first Democratic Left Alliance (Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej ), and today Social Democratic Party of Poland (SDPL). He worked as an expert in various international organizations, indluding the economic commission of the United Nations in Geneva and an adviser to the Chairman of the European Commission in Brussels.
Supporter of a united Europe, he is the author of numerous publications on the European integration and the rector of Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw (Wyższa Szkoła Handlu i Prawa im Łazarskiego w Warszawie).
In the European elections on June 13, 2004, he was a candidate of the SDPL in constituency Number. 4 Warsaw and received 76,834 votes (1194%).
Since May 29, 1978 he was an operational contact of communist Department I of Master of Social Work (intelligence) code name Buyer.
