He graduated from the Faculty of Science, University of Montenegro, Department of Biology.
Career
Professional training in the field of extracorporeal fertilization (Reproductive Medicine) performed at the University Clinical Center Maribor, Slovenia. Work experience started as a biology professor at the Gymnasium "Peter I Petrovic Njegoš" in Danilovgrad.
Achievements

The founder and longtime director of the non-governmental organization Green Home (from 2000 to 2012), he was a member of the National Council for Sustainable Development, the Commission for Cooperation with United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and is an active member of the Committee for Socio-economic and environmental policies of the International Union for Nature Protection.
