He played college football at the University of South Florida. He signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2015. Saint Louis/Los Angeles Rams
After going unselected in the 2015 NFL Draft, Williams signed with the Saint Louis Rams on May 8, 2015.
On November 17, 2015, he was placed on injured reserve due to a dislocated wrist.
