The firm practices primarily in the area of family law, serving clients in Marietta and the Metro-Atlanta area. Mr. Kidd has been in practice since 1982 and has been an active member of the Cobb County Bar Association. He serves on the Association"s Board of Trustees and is the Chairman and founding member of the Family Law Section, as well as the immediate past Chairman of the Trial Lawyer"s section (1994-1996).
Other memberships include the Georgia Trial Lawyer"s Association (Family Law Section), the Cobb Justice Foundation (Founding Member), the Academy of Family Mediators and the Family law section of the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations.
He has been involved in the Fulton County and Cobb County Guardian Ad Litem Programs and is a Certified Mediator with the Cobb County Superior Court.
