Dave Dennis is President of Specialty Contractors & Associates, Incorporated. of Gulfport, Mississippi, a commercial and industrial subcontractor. He has thrice served as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board in New Orleans. He has also chaired several state organizations, including Leadership Mississippi and the Business and Industry Political Education Committee.
On February 14, 2011, Dennis launched statewide kick-off tour for his campaign to be Mississippi"s next governor.
The tour started in Dennis"s hometown of Pass Christian, Mississippi, and included 20 other cities. Dennis focused his message on job creation based on his own private-sector experience.
