Dave McCloughan is a former defensive back in the National Football League. McCloughan was drafted in the third round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts and spent his first season with the team He spent the 1992 NFL season with the Green Bay Packers before spending his final two seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.He became a San Francisco 49ers player scout.
He played at the collegiate level at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
