Career
He has played professional football for 1.FC Brno. Cupák played five games for Football Club Zbrojovka Brno in the Gambrinus liga. Cupák represented the Czechoslovakian Republic national futsal team at the Fédération internationale de football association Futsal World Cup 2008.
Cupák also represented the Czechoslovakian Republic national futsal team at the Union of European Football Associations Futsal Euro 2014 in Belgium and Union of European Football Associations Futsal Euro 2016 in Serbia.
