Career
He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He was signed for the 2005 Hampshire squad along with Jono McLean, having spent the previous two years in the team"s second XI. He played for England Under-19s against Bangladesh in Hove in 2004. In 2007 Griffiths was the leading wicket-taker in the 2nd XI championship with 38 wickets at 16.71.
