His first television role was in 2005 as presenter of Channel 4"s Natural Born Dealers. He lives in Barnard Castle, in Teesdale, County Durham.
He has lived and went to school in Zimbabwe, run an antique business in the United States of America, shipped antiques to and from the States and at the age of 25 was one of the youngest directors of a Public Limited Company company in Britain, importing antique style rubberwood furniture from the Far East.
