Career
Levinson has published the short-story collection Most of Us Are Here Against Our Will (2005). He’s been nominated several times for the Pushcart Prize and has received multiple fellowships from Yaddo, the Jentel Foundation, Ledig House, the Santa Fe Arts Institute, and the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. In 2008 to 2009 he served as the Emerging Writer Lecturer at Gettysburg College.
From 2013 to 2015, David served as the Fellow in Fiction at Emory University.
