He is now the Head Coach of the Icelandic National Men"s Hockey team lieutenant was that year that he also was selected for the Hockey East All-Rookie team During his collegiate career MacIsaac majored in Physical Education with a concentration in Teaching and Coaching.
In 1995, MacIsaac began his professional hockey career in the International Hockey League.
lieutenant was a career that would consist of well over 750 professional games and take him to the National Hockey League"s primary feeder league, the American Hockey League. After his playing career MacIsaac would move on to coaching.
He led the Danbury Mad Hatters (EPHL) to a 30-18-2 record as the Head Coach in 2008-2009. Continuing his coaching career in 2009, MacIsaac would become the Head Coach of the Louisiana IceGators (SPHL).
Foreign the 2011-2012 season he would assume the same role as Head Coach for Bjorninn The Human Context of the Icelandic Hockey League.
Later he would also be named Assistant Coach of the Icelandic National Team. In his personal time he enjoys attending celebrity charity events, playing golf, swimming, and reading. MacIsaac also speaks 5 different languages: English, French, Russian, Icelandic, and Italian.

MacIsaac established his footing in the ice hockey industry when he won the National Collegiate Athletic Association championship with the University of Maine in 1992-1993. He played nearly 14 seasons of professional hockey and accomplished many prestigious things such as winning the Calder Cup. Under the AHL"s 2001 Plus/Minus Player of the Year command, Bjorninn The Human Context won the league championship that same year. Awards and accomplishments: "92-"93 National Collegiate Athletic Association Champion (UMaine)& Hockey East All-Rookie Team Selection 1998 Calder Cup Champion (Philadelphia AHL).
