Career
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Chemistry in 1995 and a Doctor of Philosophy in physics from Berkeley in 2001. Between 2001 and 2006 he did postdoctoral work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Cornell. He has been an assistant professor in Physics at Oregon State University since September, 2006 where his current focus is on Condensed Matter Theory.
