Kessler, David was born on June 26, 1948 in Petach-Tikva, Israel. Came to the United States, 1977. Son of Arthur and Chaia (Schulsinger) Kessler.

Bachelor of Science, Hebrew University Jerusalem, 1969. Master of Science, Hebrew University Jerusalem, 1975. Doctor of Philosophy, University Arizona, 1981.

Career

Vaughan played on the European Tour where his best finishes were a pair of third places: 1972 Benson & Hedges Festival of Golf and 1977 Martini International. He represented Wales seven times in the World Cup. He later became a club pro.

Vaughan also played on the European Seniors Tour. 1971 Lord Derby's Under-23's\r\nWorld Cup (representing Wales): 1972, 1973, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1983.
