Career
Will, a solicitor by profession, was Chairman of Brechin City for two decades, before becoming President of the Scottish Football Association (the governing body of Scottish football) and Vice-President of Fédération internationale de football association (the governing body of world football). Will was awarded a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2002. Will died in September 2009, aged 72, due to cancer.
