He is a Macau entrepreneur in the tourism, entertainment and gambling industries. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Macau Landmark and Macau Fisherman"s Wharf Investment Company Limited. He is also Honored Consul of the Republic of Cape Verde to Macau Sons of the American Revolution.
