Benham, now retired, are members of the Michigan Workers" Disability Compensation Hall of Fame, a forum instituted to recognize individuals for career achievement in the field Mr. Michael Gillman, primary counsel in our Traverse City office, is the former Chairperson of the Michigan Workers" Compensation Appeal Board. In addition, Messrs. Donald G. Ducey and William R. Listman are former Chairpersons of the Workers" Compensation Section of the State Bar Association.
