After completing Articles with a leading City of London Shipping Law firm David Capps came back to work in Jersey in 1974 where he subsequently established David Capps & Company which now has a total of twenty six staff including one qualified lawyer and eight paralegals. While all types of commercial and investment transactions are handled, the firm is a well known specialist on all matters relating to international shipping (mainly commercial but also including private and charter yacht registration and management).
