Bloomfield Motors 32 New Jersey 358, 161 A. 2d. 69 (1959). The firm is involved in all types of personal injury matters including motor vehicle and workers" compensation cases.
Bernard Chazen, Esq. lectures from time to time in post-legal education programs, is a Master at a local Inn of Court, and he is a member of the New Jersey Law Revision Commission since 1986.
David Chazen, Esq. is involved in product liability and personal injury work, criminal law cases, and he is a public defender in the Tenafly Municipal Court. He is also involved in landlord-tenant litigation for local housing authorities. The firm represents defendants in asbestos litigation and conducts a general practice for individual clients.
