David L. Ray is a nationally recognized Receiver who handles complex cases, including law firm dissolutions, manufacturing facilities, hotels, apartment complexes and government regulatory receiverships. Alan M. Bergman heads the transactional department which documents Entertainment Law Matters, real estate acquisition and sales, commercial leases, loan origination, workouts, Housing and Urban Development financing, environmental issues, alternative energy power source financing and various real estate, corporation and partnership transactions.
