Lectured on Cross-Examination, Columbia University Law School, 1932. At suggestion of President Roosevelt, served on Wagner Committee and assisted in formulation and preparation of National Industrial Recovery Acting, 1933.

Special assistant United States Attorney general in Anti-trust cases, 1938-1941. Trial counsel for plaintiff in Loft v.

Pepsi-Cola and Guth suit.
