Phelan, Pettit & Biedrzycki, formed on August 1, 1996, continues the practice of the Law Firm of Phillips and Phelan co-founded by John Phelan on April 6, 1981. Mr. Phelan served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, following which he rejoined the law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius where he was involved in major civil litigation matters. Richard Biedrzycki, following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Paul M. Chalfin of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, joined the firm of Cozen, Begier and O"Connor in 1980 as an Associate and was extensively involved in complex civil litigation matters.
