The first book is a 700 page hardbound treatise entitled Intellectual Property Law for Business Lawyers. The second work is a companion statute book entitled Federal Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations. The attorneys of KINNEY & LANGE authored each of these publications.
These publications developed out of a free Intellectual Property Law seminar series KINNEY & LANGE presents annually in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa for business attorneys, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.
