Kightlinger & Gray started over 50 years ago when Erle A. Kightlinger and Mark West. Gray began to practice together. The practice was general in nature with a strong emphasis on litigation.
Erle and Mark believed that a litigation background would better equip the lawyers in the firm to recognize how important it can be for a client to avoid, when appropriate, the costs and uncertainties of lawsuits.
